• Situation & Task: The bank required a modernized, secure, and AI-augmented platform to manage thousands of legal, vendor, and
compliance contracts with full auditability and regulatory traceability. As technical owner, I led architecture, delivery, and
governance of the SirionLabs CLM platform end-to-end.
• Technical Leadership: Lead a cross-functional engineering team of 5 software engineers, providing technical direction,
architecture reviews, sprint planning, effort estimation, code reviews, and mentoring — driving consistent, high-quality delivery
from design through deployment.
• Solution Architecture: Own end-to-end solution architecture for the SirionLabs CLM platform, collaborating with product owners,
business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and vendor teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical design.
• Delivery Ownership: Own feature estimation, technical planning, dependency management, release governance, and production
readiness — ensuring every release meets enterprise reliability and compliance standards before go-live.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with business, legal, compliance, and platform stakeholders to align technical delivery
with regulatory priorities and shifting business needs.
• Action — Architecture Modernization: Architected the migration of core services from Java 17 to Java 21 and Spring Boot 4,
restructuring monolithic modules into a scalable microservices architecture with REST API-first design and API Gateway
integration — reducing deployment cycle time by 30% and improving fault isolation across core services.
• Action — Security & Compliance: Fortified the platforms authentication and authorization layer using Spring Security with

vendor contracts — cuting manual contract-review effort by 30-35%.
• Action — Scheduling, Data & Performance: Optimized enterprise job orchestration using Autosys for critical batch and
reconciliation workloads, and engineered high-performance data access paterns against IBM DB2, reducing processing latency by
20% while sustaining high-throughput transaction volumes.
• Result: Delivered a resilient, cloud-native, audit-ready CLM platform now supporting enterprise-wide contract governance,
materially reducing contract-processing turnaround time, strengthening regulatory audit readiness, and establishing a scalable
