Procurement planning and float inquiries for various items required for Steel factory.Negotiate with vendors and close purchase orders as per requirements.Follow-up for timely deliveries with vendors and follow ups with accounts for payment.Monitor site procurements in the respective clusters.Sound knowledge of African market.

Responsible for end to end Stores management with Raw materials and finished goods in a steel factory.Responsibility to meet requirements of plant for all industrial supplies & Raw materials requirement like Scrap etc.
Material issues (Raw materials, Semi-finished Goods), Inwards, dispatches (FG) & DC, GRN in tally. ERP9.Responsible for logistics for finished goods.Responsible for Dispatching of Finished goods.Planning & maintaining inventory control, codification, receipts of material and stores accounting to facilitate optimum Supply Chain Management.

Responsible for end to end Stores management with material receipt, material issues, dispatches & preparing DC, GRN in SAP (MM).Maintain Stock Register & also proper updating of Bin cards.Planning & maintaining inventory control, codification, receipts of material and stores accounting to facilitate optimum Supply Chain Management.Responsible for Receipt, Inspection offer, Loading/Unloading, Storage, issuing to production, dispatch, transportation of materials and also maintain proper records for all.Disposal of surplus/Scrap items & recycling of Scrap generated.Ensuring that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed for safety of materials.
Responsible for Vendor development and procurement of Raw Material, Consumables etc.Preparation of Purchase Orders, Comparative statements etc.Negotiation with suppliers for cost reduction to achieve the savings.Responsibility to meet requirements of plant for all industrial supplies & Raw materials requirement

Handle purchase related work like Purchase, Procurement of consumable materials and equipments.
Vendor management, Accuracy in the inflow &outflow of quality material.
Planning of Material Requirement and vendor developments.
Follow-up for timely deliveries.

Preparation of Purchase Orders and ensure the Scheduling deliveries as per seniors guidance.Material receipt, preparing MRN, material issues.Ensure that the materials in stock are maintained properly without causing any damage to the material. Foreseeing disposal of surplus/Scrap items & recycling of Scrap generated. Conduct frequent analysis of non-moving items as per the policy of the organization and identify them with separate tags. Purchasing of all mechanical items in Jammu Project.
