• Designation: Global staff travel of British Airways and Baggage Agent.
• Work closely with Partner Airline Staff as well as British Airways Staff globally and assist them with Staff Travel Tickets and Fares.
• Handle calls related to Global Staff Travel regarding Zonal Employee Discount (ZED) tickets from various markets - India, United Kingdom, USA, Germany, Australia, New Zealand.
• Navigating and helping the Staff to reinstate and manage their profile online.
• Creating different TST and storing into the booking as per various passenger type codes including fare calculation ladder, basic fare, applicable taxes, passenger type code, validity and baggage allowance.
• Handle calls from the passengers and assist them with their delayed or mishandled baggage.
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally.
• Effectively deal with job stress, angry passengers, and upset customers
• Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
• PG Diploma in Aviation and Tourism Mangement One year course from INSTITUTE FOR CAREER STUDIES, YMCA, NEW DELHI (June 2010-June 2011) • Trained on the CRS - Amadeus and Pegasus World Tracer.
• Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science from Delhi University (2006-2010)
• 10+2 in Humanities from CBSE Board, New Delhi (2004-2006)
