Analysis and design of RCC structures
Analysis and design of steel structures and its connections
Design verification of tower crane and its foundations for lifting loads and wind loads
Design and verification of pile foundation/secant pile shoring system. Rectification of eccentric pile foundation, steel structural design calculation.
Dewatering calculation based on CIRIA-C750 recommendation and Uplift calculation for basement
Deciding the stages of construction, construction joints and pour strip at site
Verification of pile test at site, mainly integrity test, dynamic test, sonic test, tension test compression test by kentledge system and reaction pile method, magnetic particle separation and dye penetration test for welding.
Scaffolding, form work and false work calculation.
Approval of concrete mix design with durability requirement using GGBS admixture
Certifying pullout test for rebars
Review of post tension design and drawing using Ram Concept software
Review of shop drawings, method statement, material submittal, geotechnical report, geophysical reports, prequalification of subcontractor’s in-line with project specifications and tender drawings etc.
Attending site meeting (meeting with clients, subcontractors, contractors)
Assisting to QA/QC, site inspector, site Engineer’s, Estidama Engineers, lift manufacturers and coordination with MEP Engineers.
Encouraging and adopting new technology in construction field
Addressing site issues or problems and providing quick decision at site.
Answering queries, RFI, issuing techno official letters to contractor through Resident Engineer and coordination with Musanada (Clients)
Projects handled:
Public prosecutor office at Abu Dhabi: Building has two basement ground + 5 stories with helipad, post tension slab is used from above ground floor
Federal Supreme Court: Building has two basement ground + 4 stories with helipad, post tension slab and composite steel structure is used from above ground floor.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and design of both RCC and Steel structures.
• Issuing of structural drawings as per committed date
• Reviewing the Prepared drawings in compliance with Standards and Codes specially IBC & ACI, AISC, ASCE and BS standards and issuing it for tender and construction
• Analysis, design of structures, Preparation of calculation and design report related to the project as per American or British standards
• Co-ordination with construction team at site
• Getting approval from Abu Dhabi Alain and western region Municipality for structural drawings by attending necessary meetings
• Conducting biweekly meeting with clients
• Attending the meeting /kick off meeting with clients/Contractor
• Managing the project and leading the project team
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan
• Monitoring and submitting milestone completion certificate to clients.
• Tracking the clients and sub-consultant’s financial submissions as per the agreements
• Calculation of variation for the work as per contract agreement
• Coordinating with team to get DOT, Etisalat, Awqaf, LDN, WDN E-NOC and civil defense approvals.
• Recruiting project staff whenever required
Main projects handled:
• Structural scheme for sewage Treatment Plant: Analysis and Design of sewage treatment plant in Zirku Island
• Analysis and design of (B+G+10) skyline apartment in Abu Dhabi.
• Renovation of amenity centre for ZADCO at Zirku Island
The existing amenity centre is renovated by adding new architectural and structural features. HSEIA screening study is done for this building as per ZADCO standards.
• Designs of ADNOC fuel stations (ongoing). Each station contains 10 to 12 facility buildings either RCC or Steel buildings. Much station requires pile foundations.
• Police telecom building at Al Ain (G+2)
• Police service city buildings for Musanada at Al Haffar (5 buildings)
• Police sports city buildings for Musanada at Al Haffar
• 1500 numbers of prayer mosque at Khalifa city Abu Dhabi
This mosque has hollow core slab as a roofing system
• Row Villas at Khalifa city (G+1)
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and design of communication tower, monopole, roof top pole and guyed mast
• Design of steel structures, checking drawing and issuing fabrication drawings prepared using Tekla structures or Strucad software
• Getting design approval from Dubai and Abu Dhabi Municipality
• Meeting the customer, attending the customer comments and sending the compliance report.
Projects handled:
Design of 40 m, 50 m, 60 m and 80 m tower for AIS Abu Dhabi.
4-legged lattice communication towers made up of equal angle sections. Antenna load calculation and design of tower is carried out as per EIA/TIA 222G standards. PLS software package is used to analyses and design of towers.
Design of 30 m and 35 m tower and roof top pole for ABB Oman
4-legged lattice communication tower is designed as per TIA 222G standards and client’s specification requirement. Non-penetrating framed roof top pole is designed separately for 5 m, 7m and 9 m heights.

Main block: This has 150m x 52 m in plan and the scheme contains RCC column and steel roof truss.
WTP: Treatment plant has plan dimension of 22.3 m x 21 m. The building consisting of RCC columns up to 7.0 m. Roof has steel trusses.
Sugar store room: Sugar store room having plan dimension of 31.5 m x 8.0 m. Roof has steel trusses

WTP: Plan of the building is 8.5m x 38 m, Steel beam ISMB 300 used as rafter
Sugar store building is 12 m x 26 m in plan; 26 m span truss is designed and placed above RCC column
C) Hindustan coca cola beverages Pvt. Ltd Wada Mumbai
Building has 120m x 26 in plan. Structural scheme contains RCC column and steel roof truss.
d) Wabco TVs - Jamshedpur:
Plan is 120 x 15 m. Roof is covered with north light roof truss

a) Design of Sindhu Amazon apartment at Sarjapur road-Bangalore.
This multi story apartment has twin towers with basement, stilt and + 9 stories.
b) Analysis and design of cini workers apartment at Hyderabad
This multi story apartment has stilt+10 stories and 9 blocks.
c) Design of 300 room 5-star hotel at Gurgaon-Delhi (proof checking)
This multi story hotel has 3 +Basement and G+ 8 stories.
Flat slab system is used in basement.
e) Design of QA office cum Transit Accommodation at Bangalore
This building has G+4 stories. This building is L shape in plan; hence torsion to the building is calculated manually and applied to the building as per the clause 7.9 of IS 1893-2002.
f) Analysis and design of Nursing hostel at Holenarasipur -Hasan
This hostel has G+2 stories and designed for G+3 floors.
g) Design of BDCC Bank at Bagalkot. This building has basement, ground and two upper floors.
h) Design of police officer’s association building at Hyderabad (G+4)
Duties and responsibility:
Design of 3 storey staff quarters at Dharwad, 2 storey staff quarters at Yellapur and G+2 storey Office building at Belgaum,
Design of 4.5 mld water filter house at Athani (G+2)

Controlling and assuring the quality of material and checking the reinforcement detailing and certifying the pour card before concreting.
