IT is more like a System Administrator job.
- Proving Support to the Entire QIB group via calls and emails.
- Based on SLA agreements. Raising the issues and solving them.
- Working with Active directory, creating users and added the required access.
- Providing application access.
- Working with Exchange server by creating users and adding the level of databases and archival policies.
- Working with switches and routers to check bandwidth and VLAN and other configuration
- Patching the devices using SCCM.

3. Troubleshooting the issues.
4. Handling Server.

I was trainer in the academy ....wrking as an assistant professor, i was teaching the computer hardware, maintenance and repair
last but not the least i have completed my M.Tech in CSE as well from Lucknow n i have published my 4 research papers as well in last semester on Green Communication
yup now it was about leaving Kashmir as it is my negative city so after completing my Gradaution i also completed my MSc.Information Technology from UTU dehradun
i have completed my gradation form university of Kashmir in B.A. CA
