RESPONSIBILITIES AND NATURE OF JOB: ➢ Responsible for Raw materials incoming inspection and in process inspection.
➢ Responsible for Final Vehicle Body parts inspection as per drawing before dispatching to the assembly team.
➢ Providing support to the vehicle body assembly team, while assembly of parts in the vehicle and Problem solves during fitment issues.
➢ After fitment of all body parts in the vehicle, inspect the fitted parts as per the checking requirement.
➢ Preparation of Bill of Materials and Cost Estimation for the newly designed vehicle body parts and mold (tool)
➢ Procurement of raw materials, Tools for newly making vehicle body parts.
➢ Preparation and implementation of Documents like Process Flow Diagram, Process sheet, control plan and Production Plan Etc.
➢ Preparation and implementation of production work instruction (PWI), Quality and production related formats, process check lists and drawings for each process etc.
➢ Responsible for making Fiber Reinforced Plastics (Composites) molds for new vehicle body parts from the samples products or plugs.
➢ Responsible for making Rubber mold for vehicle body parts by using silicon rubber and poly urethane rubber materials.
➢ Using different methods for making Fiber Reinforced Plastics (Composites) parts like HAND LAY, Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM) and RTM methods.
➢ Responsible for arriving specification of raw materials for making FRP molds and products.
➢ Analyzing the defects during production and taking Corrective action & preventive action by using problem solving techniques.
➢ Making frp templates and fixture for drilling, cutting and sandering the frp parts. Validate and make a report for the same.
➢ Implementation of '5'S activities, safety improvements in the shop floor.
➢ Continuous quality, cost, and delivery effort is improving in the vacuum infusion process.
➢ Implementation of how to reduce the process time and increase productivity.
➢ Research and development for elimination of wastage consumable item in VRTM methods.

COMPANY PROFILE: 2. INDO COOL ENGINEERING SERVICES is one of the leading manufacturers of Wind mill components Fiber Reinforced Plastics - FRP (Composite materials) product using Vacuum infusion method, LRTM and hand layup process. They are the manufacturer and supply of Spinner covers and nacelle cover.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND NATURE OF JOB: ➢ Responsible for Incoming materials inspection, in process inspection, final inspection and prepare report for the same.
➢ Preparation, implementation and up gradation of Quality documents like Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan and PFMEA, Production Work Instructions (PWI) and Quality & Production documents formats.
➢ Preparation of PPAP documents for new products developments as per customer requirements.
➢ Conducting internal product, process audit, Safety Audit, 5 S Audit and raw materials traceability.
➢ Maintain the measuring instruments and testing equipments calibration record & ensuring that the calibration is done frequently.
➢ To take corrective & preventive action on customer complaints and prepare 8D reports.
➢ Handled laboratory equipments like Brook field viscometer, barcol hardness tester etc.
➢ Implementation of '5'S activities, kaizen activities in the shop floor.
