• I sought potential partners (realty, A&E, medical consultants) and following several failed/non feasible projects we were successful in securing several projects including the merger of several medical practices in order to receive hospital support/backing
• Oversaw/orchestrated projects from proforma, finance, and land acquisition through design, construction, and securing facility management/partners.
• Projects totaling $100 million
• Left after compensation agreement was not honored! Left to start completely new business with my sons in a different field.

Progressive A-E was a 200 plus professional Architectural & Engineering firm which wanted to integrate construction services to a segment of their projects.
