Key Safety Responsibilities

Observing and complying with train operation
procedures and work instructions

Complying with safety communication principles and protocol

Ensuring passenger behavior is safe

Reporting on abnormalities

Responding to instructions from the Control Centre on handling train problems and Incident/accident management

Assisting passengers in Incident and/Accident situations

Cooperating with engineers and third parties on Incident management

Taking initiative in proposing safety measures and facilities for continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

Manual operations of the train as per defined procedures

Customer care and service duties

Revenue Protection duties

Operation and Emergency duties when required
