Meeting, greeting and ushering Clients into the Salon to their sitting place.
•Making them more comfortable by offering them drinks and reading material.
•Communicating with the Client, to establish what sort of service she will require especially if it is the first time to meet them.
•Commence with the service and making sure the Client is satisfied to avoid complaints later.
•Upselling, by offering an extra treatment or product that can be beneficial to the Client.
•Escorting the Client to the reception for payment once she is ready to leave.
•Ensuring my station is clean always before receiving my next Client.
Being at the Reception, I ensured Customer Service was observed at all times.
•Made bookings for all our Clients.
•Offered coffee or tea and snacks.
•Made sure the Clients were comfortable during their service.
•Sold products to Clients.
•Collected payment/s .
•Made sure the Reception area was always tidy.
Making sure the restaurant is clean and ready to receive guests.
•Greeting and welcoming the guests.
•Ensuring that the guests have all their needs are taken care of as the hotels standards.
•Suggesting menu items and taking the order.
•Keeping unneeded items from the table.
•Resetting the section and restaurant for the next shift.
