I am Grace Gonzales Paulino, 32 years old. My current job is Medical Insurance Secretary and at the same time as an Administrative Staff/ Receptionist in our Department. My role is to do all the secretarial and administrative work. As part of the Medical Insurance team, I myself used to call all the Insurance Companies for some clarification/verification in regards to the patients Insurance card, taking approvals for some medical/clinical procedures etc, ... and when it comes to Administrative work, I am the one preparing the Annual Leave plan for our Department as well as the payroll, monthly schedule, responsible for the Newly appointed staff, taking care of the Sick Leaves, Resumption Duty of the staff who come from leave, responsible as well for Orientation of the newly hired employees, .etc..
