Graeme White

Responsible for Project Close out-Disputes, Commercial & Claims.

Graeme sat on the executive management committee level reporting to the CEO. He oversaw the implementation and management of the commercial and contracting functions within all business streams. i.e. general construction and building, MEP, Oil and Gas, Rail and Waste Water Treatment. DSI had operations throughout the MENA region, Europe and Asia. Graeme had approximately 150 commercial staff under his overall management.

Based in the Dubai Head Office, Graeme was responsible for several key internal initiatives that were part of the business’ five-year strategic plan. Responsible for the commercial management on all projects in Oman including a new community mall and super-regional mall in Muscat.

Graeme worked in Abu Dhabi for this government-owned property development company and was responsible for managing a team of seven commercial staff.
