Employed as a “Subject Matter Expert” reporting to the Quality Director of the Engineering & Construction Ventures division. Supporting Engineering and sites in all matters relating to civil materials technology, including specifications, production, sourcing materials, testing and quality control. Materials include earthworks, concrete, asphalt and aggregates as well as other building materials such as blocks, uPVC pipes, mortars etc.
Preparation of project specific quality documents such as QC plans, inspection and test plans for civil activities. Recruitment and selection of civil QC staff at all levels.
Frequent visits to sites in Middle East and former CIS states.
