For the past year I have been After sales Director for Infiniti, Responsible for setting up the new business in Riyadh and Alkhobar, and overseeing the development of all other locations.
Setting up contracts with Paint and Oil companys.
Spent time building a solid team with which to move forward.
Setting up a new CPD warehouse
Fully responsible for implementing a training plan in line with the Regional office schedule, along with sending monthly summary reports .
Making sure we ran in accordance with the budgets set.
•Delivered exceptional impact in the first six months by more than doubling monthly labour sales to SAR300k, improving SSI (Service Customer Satisfaction) 40% and achieving a four-fold increase in aftersales efficiency
•Earned the respect of staff, peers and management within a very short time by transferring best practice from BMW including standardised aftersales KPIs and an increased focus on Customer Service to ensure all staff, especially back of house, understood their significant role
•Ensured every billable hour was charged out, introduced job cards for improved efficiency, and established stronger communication channels for improved team spirit.
•Reduced complaints dramatically by improving daily communications with the CRM department to investigate and resolve issues
Responsible for running a team of specialists ie Circuit Manager / club and facility Manager / Sales in regards to setting up and running the first Automobile club in Riyadh (Reem International Circuit).
3. Wallan Trading Company (Hyundai Agents in Central Region of K.S.A.
I joined Wallan as the Service Director for the Hyundai operation in the Central Province of Saudi Arabia. As the Head of the Service Department for this high volume brand, I am in charge of 3 large workshops, 2 body shops, 13 quick service outlets and the PDI division, along with 3 other service facilitys in central region, Hail, Qassim, Oniza.
During my time at Wallan I have been instrumental in bringing all the departments under my control to a profit making centre, and have been active with the higher management in sourcing new locations, assisting the development and overseeing the projects to a conclusion to where Wallan stand today.
In addition i am also in charge of the Commercial side of the business, which has newly added vehicles over 6 Tons to Hyundai portfolio.
My responsibilities include planning, budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, technical issues, liaison with Hyundai Motor Company's offices in Korea and U.A.E.
With a team of 280 Service employees, we will now generate a labor income of around 65 million Saudi Riyals in 2013.
Before i joined in 2008 they were doing only 18 Million.
4. SAMACO (Sole Porsche, VW and Audi Agents in Saudi Arabia)

I joined SAMACO as the Service Manager for their Porsche operation in Riyadh. I helped setup a state of the art modern workshop which went a long way in improving the reputation of Porsche Service in the region. I was completely responsible for all service issues related to the brand including handling VVVIP customers efficiently.
for their Ford operation. I was in charge for all their Workshops and Body shops in the Central Region, including Riyadh, Qassim and Hail.
I was responsible for all expansions, new set ups, modernization, operation and profitability. All Workshop Managers and Body shop Managers reported to me directly on a daily basis for all issues. I successfully increased the Service Revenue of the Central Region by 38% during my tenure.
I left Malton Motors on Excellent terms and started a new job in Saudi Arabia for Naghi Motors Corporation, Sole Distributors for BMW cars in the Kingdom as a Technician Trainer, and worked my way up to the place of the Service Manager.
Principle Duties:
4.1 Training, making follow ups on work performances based on set training standards.
4.2 Assist in doing end control of customers' cars, provide technical assistance in cases of highly complex technical problems to avert any possible back jobs.
4.3 In some instances, assist in the service reception, dealing with various
customers, making bookings for future jobs, coordinate with control office regarding car deliveries, ensuring prompt deliveries based on committed dates. I have extensive knowledge of service reception, parts.
4.4 Prepare monthly technical report to be submitted to the National
Technical Trainer for endorsing to BMW Ag, Germany.
4.5 Prepare service repair estimates and appraisals in accordance with BMW
standards.
4.6 Assist in providing information as basis for employees performance
evaluation and incentive pay-outs.
4.7 Other related jobs as may be required in ensuring a smooth workflow in the Workshop.

Worked for 3 years in the capacity of Technician. During this period, I have
attended two training courses at BMW GB and received one of the highest marks ever given (98%) and attended technical updates at Abbey Hill Doncaster. My work consisted on all aspects of repair to all BMW models to a very high
standard, both mechanical and electrical.
Worked for 12 years with factory training. I have attended six training courses
with Austin Rover and also obtained a “Diploma with Distinction” for Engines
and Transmissions. I left the company on excellent terms.
The last three years in the same Company, I was responsible for the running of
the Workshop and all M.O.T. Inspections. I also have an in-depth knowledge of
the Parts System.
Current Information:
Attended Many Hyundai service confernces in Korea, Dubai, Lebanon, Oman.
Part 1, Part 2 & Part 3 Technicians. Fifth year - Diagnostic Tech. Engines Diagnostic Tech. Transmissions Diagnostic of Electrical Systems All the above mentioned are with Credits.
