Fully responsible for the BIM Implementation and Management across the Project. And provide BIM technical supervision to the Contractor to ensure the BIM compliance in accordance with the Contract, Client Requirements, and Standards.
Provide BIM skill and services to Architectural design delivery team department and directly report to Lead BIM and Project Director. For Major Station, I was appointed to manage the Interdisciplinary Design coordination and model reviews using BIM tools. Provide clash analysis and chair meetings between stakeholders to provide solutions. After Major Station completed the design and handed it over to Construction Stage, I was appointed to handle the M4-stage Design Coordination for 35-stations using BIM tools. The main role is to ensure that all stakeholder's design models complied with the Qatar Rail Architectural Brandings, standards, and requirements.
Coordinate and manage BIM civil and design team. Serve as BIM support to construction and interface department and directly report to BIM and Engineering Manager.
Serve as temporary project reliever who is responsible to coordinate and manage the third-party contractor for BIM delivery for the revised MEP design of the library. Grapes are working closely to MEP engineers and the construction team to ensure that the revised design will suit the actual site situation.
Work as a key player and a Full-time MEP Coordinator who is working closely with engineering, construction team, and third party contractor.
Duties:
Responsible for detailing electrical works and schedules based on written specifications.
Created assembly drawings including details for the design of electrical transformers, panel boards, cable trays, and other electrical works.
