I am responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.
I started working as a Market Researcher where I was assigned to call people in the U.S. and ask them questions about politics, health consumer products and services and computers.
From April 2007 to February 2010, I was then moved to dial special projects wherein we provide products information & customer service for a variety of agencies, including private businesses, government agencies, media organizations, non-profit groups, home owners and clients.
I am working as a Technical Support Representative under Project Linksys. It is my responsibility to help customers with their internet connection by walking them through some necessary troubleshooting steps. It can either be for hardware, software, use or application of different pieces of equipment, from home appliances, to commercial equipment and to industrial machinery.
I work as an Inventory Taker where I was assigned to prepare inventory schedule monthly and weekly. I also do physical inventory count for all the assets and I make summary report for all the assets counted and reconciled.
It is my responsibility to receive calls from customers and clients regarding products information. My main job is to keep records and files, maintain order in the workplace and assist the manager in her daily tasks and undertakings. I was also involved in minor accounting work like audit daily sales, prepare monthly financial statements and maintain accounting records in the sales outlet.
Graduated Computer Technology for 3 years. Has rendered On the Job Training for 1 year.
