Duties :

• Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
• Install, Configure and manage Linux Servers and configure services including (cluster, tomcat, DNS, WebLogic, HP Storage, and schedule backup)
• Configure, Manage and Troubleshoot HP Storage (MSA 2000, EVA 4400, 3PAR 7400).
• Configure, Manage and Troubleshoot HP Data Protector.
• Configure and Manage disaster recovery sites.
• Configure Monitoring systems (Nagios, Observium, SMS Eagle)
• Manage and Monitor UPS’s (AROS - APC) to ensure the continuity of systems even in power cut situations.
• Design and Maintain Data Center environment to achieve an international standard.
• To ensure the continuity of services, Spare parts list for all system equipment’s are ordered on an annual basis.
• Configure and Manage NTP Server.
• Providing 24/7 on-call support to avoid downtime and ensure fast resolution of problems.
• Provide consultancy to external parties.
