• Responsible for ensuring that the documents and records system of the company conform to the policy.
• Submittal/ reports due from all departments should be religiously followed-up, routine reminders pertaining management meeting should be circulated via memorandum prior to schedule.
• Responsible for the efficient handling of any computer-related assignment, the filing of documentation and maintaining/updating records as required.
• Preparing the monthly marketing reports and data’s for submission to the top executive management or board of directors.
• Performing cost-benefits analysis of internal control with under supervision.
• Following up with the various departments/groups and ensuring a smooth flow of work in the office.
• Responsible for the all personnel matter of the employee such visa processing, medical, ticketing and business trip schedule of Executive Management.
• Preparing the monthly personnel report such visa availability by nationality, manpower current status, exits-on vacation report and HR monthly budget expenditures.
• Answering telephone call should screen thoroughly, providing information to other should be strictly observed.
• Prepare comparative reports regarding statistical, comparative and appraisal.
• Insurance controller for all the properties under the organization, including preparing reports and claims.
• Issuing monthly accounts settlement as per the schedule pre agreed on with the Finance Department.
Overall in charge of Admimistration matters and support marketing officer. In charge of all local promotions and coordinating with local travel agents. Responsible in Loyalty programme of the company.
Coordinating with hotel guest regarding their requirements for their function such as set-up of the ballroom, catering and other special needs. Also works as administrative staff of Engneering Dept., in scheduling the staff for the function specially in VVIP functions or gatherings.
In charge to all secretarial functions of Finance & Administration Dept (FAD). Scrutinizing all the documents for signature of FAD Head. Screening all the phone calls, faxes and emails. Taking minutes of meeting of all the deparments during the management meeting. Maintaining all the files specially confidential and restricted documents in safe place.
