• Brief Job Description :
• Project Management Consultancy for Engineering and Infrastructures, such as;
• Providing PMC services to the City Mayor (Client) in the government of Cebu City, as follows;
• Review the selection of applicant and recommend to the Client the most suitable Design Consultants, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, etc., based on technical eligibility point of view such as past experience, sufficient number of experience staff in prescribed duration of similar type of project, turnover, availability of staff, tax clearance certificates, etc.
• Undertake review of designs by Design Consultants, review of monthly reports, Supervision of Specialized Consultants, Supervision of Main Contractors / Subcontractors, suppliers and setting up of an in-house Design and Inspection (QC) team.
• In all aspects as PMC, manage the project by various services like Scheduling, Cost control, Budgeting, Value engineering, Risk Identifying, Monitoring & Controlling, Time line optimization, Resources Allocations, etc.
• Provides direct input for proposals, strategic plans, presentations and contract negotiations. Participates in final pricing of proposals by providing counsel and information pertaining to the CM aspects of the project.
