Supports the Director of Growth & Retention with all the administrative elements of the bid life cycle including projects research, vendor prequalification and vendor research.

Attending customer meetings and site visits to gather information required to prepare the bids and tenders.

Review and understand bid documents and Instruction to Tenders (ITT), prepare cost estimates, profit and loss worksheets, commercial and technical proposals in accordance with customer enquiry requirements.

Spearhead the preparation and collation of bid documents such as CVs, project experience, company brochures and other pertinent documents required.

Source information both externally and internally may be needed to prepare technical proposals.

Prepare proposals for final submission to the client.
Format, edit, update, and modify proposal contents using adobe, publisher, powerpoint, word, excel and other software programs to achieve completion of bid preparation for submission.

Maintain sales trackers, records and database of clients and suppliers.
Customer focus - undertake editorial review of documents, enhancing written content through reconstructing text to produce clear and easily understandable content.

Responsible for assisting the management team with tasks such as building presentations and liaising with all departments on producing and updating the bid master templates.

Prepared costings and technical proposals for catering and housekeeping projects such as SERCO/EFS Catering for NEOM VIP Hospital, ADC Rigs, ADES Rigs, Al Fanar NEOM Villages, Jac Rijk ARCC Mining, AMAK Mining, H&P Drilling and other hospital catering.

Instrumental in the preparation of FM bids & tenders for high profile clients in 2023-2024

• As assistant contracts manager, I am an integral part of the team responsible in preparation of the tender documents for various facilities management services including, catering, transport, housekeeping, medical, waste collection and main integrated facilities management services for International Maritime Industries.
• Review the commercial and technical proposals received from bidders.
• Monitor the lifecycle of all contracts from project awards to project closeout.
• Facilitate job explanation meetings with vendors and arrange site visits to gather information required to prepare the bids and tenders.

• Implemented sales leads, proposals tracking and follow up system which improved customer response time and increased camp lease contract signed by 24.8% in H1 2018
• Prepared bid and awarded five 5 onshore catering projects in the first quarter of 2019 with est. project value of SAR 24M+.
