مجموع سنوات الخبرة :19 years, 6 أشهر
Responsible for Resource Auditing and Valuation, Reservoir Simulation including Integrated Asset Modeling, Field Development strategy plan, Reservoir and Well Performance Evaluation, Well testing and reservoir fluids Analyses and data analysis, and assisting in other aspects of reservoir assessments such as compositional surface modelling and preparing Authorizations for Expenditure (AFEs). I have acted as a petroleum evaluation engineer during a number of certifications and audits.
Business Development projects: Involved in carrying out a series of business development tasks preparing tenders/bids submission for future projects. During these tasks, I prepared tender’s proposal, cost of projects, schedule and gathered tender’s documents.
I was responsible for providing reservoir engineering interpretation, guidance and support to the client's Asset Teams. This includes being responsible for production profiles and reserves estimates utilised in the economic and financial models, as well as supporting technical and commercial evaluation of Business Development opportunities.
In essence, I provided technical subsurface support across portfolio of assets. With the majority of the assets being operated, this entail technical review and evaluation of Operator provided asset plans and projects, which in some cases may require utilising classical reservoir engineering methods and tools as well as dynamic simulation modelling to develop and technically and economically justify opportunities to enhance production and maximise hydrocarbon recovery from the assets. Also I supported the economic optimisation of decommissioning decisions. I also participated in the technical and commercial evaluation of Business Development opportunities.
Maersk Oil Assets evaluation of oil and gas field in the North Sea, United
Kingdom. Assessed the production performance of a client's North Sea
assets. Carried out integrated asset dynamic reservoir modeling, diagnostic
flow rate/pressure transient analysis, numerical analysis, type-curve
matching, history matching and decline curve analysis.
• Talisman - Integrated Model Development, United Kingdom
Carried out integrated well test analysis for a naturally fractured reservoir
system. Carried out theoretical analysis for the constant pressure and flow-
rates using partial differential equations.
• Woodside - Field Development Plan Browse Basin, Australia.
Participated in and coordinated the production of a Field Development Plan,
Browse Basin, Australia. Developed the static and reservoir models using
Petrel and eclipse software. Carried out sensitivity analysis to optimise
positioning and trajectory of wells:
" Carried out nodal analysis. Developed inflow
performance and vertical lift plots using Prosper.
Explored artificial lifts options as a technique to
increase in the rate of production.
" Performed Well Testing to decrease production risk
whilst increasing oil and gas production and reserves,
minimising capital expenditures and minimizing
operating costs. Carried out economic analysis, to
maximise the value of the project to the Client.
My first assignment was working as a Well Engineer seven Non-associated Gas Discoveries. During this period I was involved in well Completions and Well Design activities.
Upon completing this job, I was tasked to carry out subsurface data gathering and conducting testing and monitoring well flow. I also provided engineering input of well intervention activities.
I reviewed and interpreted drill stem tests for seven Non-associated Gas Discoveries. Each field had several appraisal wells, which required multiple analyses to be performed. I developed well test models for the wells in Edea Offshore East discoveries, for which I wrote an overall
study report.
In 2006 I then moved to the Production Engineering department where I worked as a Production Engineer for the detailed designed of various Wells inflow performance and vertical lift performances for wells in Edeh Field. I developed gas lift system for various production wells with high water-cut. I converted 30 vertical production wells into gas
lift producing wells. I performed gas lift network modelling and optimization utilizing VBA programming.
I performed nodal analysis on each of these wells to determined well
performance before and after implementing the gas lift design to enabled
production optimization. I built and used economic evaluation model to select best gas lift production scenario.
The project was completed on time and I wrote and present the study report to the line management.
In 2008 I then moved to the Reservoir Engineering department where I worked as a Reservoir Engineer. I undertook several reservoir engineering projects while working on the Ndeh Field. During a full
field integrated reservoir assessments, I performed single well analysis, assisted in building an analytical reservoir model. I prepared a draft report for my Lead engineer reviewed.
During my next assignment as a reservoir Engineer, I took part in our company in-house reserves and resources assessment. During this this assessment, I performed analyses on reservoir fluid (PVT) and reservoir rock data and used the output as input for probabilistic and deterministic resources and reserves estimation. I then used the estimated ultimate reserves/resources to predict future reservoir and
production performance for this asset and I was able to propose an appropriate recovery method for the field.
The project was completed on time and I wrote and present the study report to the line manager.
Lastly, in late 2010 to mid-2011 I participated in the preparation of Master Development Plan (MDP) for Ndiang Field. I worked as a Reservoir Engineer during which I built three reservoir models using Petrel RE and Eclipse so as to performed field-wide and single well assessments. I also conducted project risk assessment by carrying out sensitivity studies on the static and dynamic input parameters. I contributed in preparing full field MDP for this project.
Upon graduating in 2003, I joined Pecten in Cameroon under the Cameroonian Pecten scheme, which is a year development programme, aimed at introducing new graduates to the oil and gas production and
operations.
The scheme included technical and project management assignments in engineering and construction with formal and informal training. The scheme required quarterly reports submission to the Engineering Manager
for approval and to demonstrate progress against the required competencies.
Studied the following Courses: Petroleum Geology Reservoir Engineering Advanced Reservoir Engineering Drilling and Production Petroleum Economics and management Field Development Planing Project
