Job Description:
(Office Coordinator Cum Administrative Works)
• Manage office works, documentations and customer care;
• Provides data to the manager, co-workers and subordinates together with clients’ references.
• Attending meetings with our clients’ Operational Head Management, Project Proponent and Field Engineers determining the organization’s technology plan.
• Coordinates client’s Procurement Officers, Marketing Specialists and Billing Division for project biddings and quotations using SAP NetWeaver Portal through SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Portal with RFx data.
• Preparation and submission of FAT/PAT (Final Acceptance Test/Provisional Acceptance Test) and FAC/PAC (Final Acceptance Certificate) of accomplished project and transactions of collectible payments.
• Generate and assessment of marketing strategy for product cost control and ensures availability of materials and equipment used for Telecom services and construction.
• Handles recruitment and deployment of qualified field personnel for technical works.
• Monitoring of Quarterly Preventive Maintenance of various sites that includes antenna and tower, radio room, electrical, air-conditioning unit and power generator.
• Tracking and recording of daily corrective maintenance site project that includes installation, rectification and repair of OSP/ISP, BTS, microwave LOS transmission (ERICSON & HUAWEI), antenna relocation works, DC rectifier and battery, ACU and alarm system.
• Implementation of civil works such as tower erection, installation of collapsible and concrete cabin, installation of canopy ceiling and related works, relocation of tower and telecom equipment and all electrical works.
• Ensure and inspect over-all tasks performed by field employees that adhere to industry regulations in every cities and provinces in their respective areas.
