Attend machine breakdown, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic circuits and interpreting schematic diagram.
Carried out Plan Preventive Maintenance periodically.
As senior technician, taking charge of the facility in the absence of engineer specially for urgent decission making interms of reactive/corrective maintenance.
Insuring contractors are given work permit and to obtain health and safety with accordance of what to be worn and which area is restricted.
1). Maintenance Electrician, Motor re-winder, Plant Electrician, Field / Parameters
2) Equipment commissioning, trouble shooting bunker boiler, high pressure with PLC control, trouble shooting both High & Low voltage circuit installation.
3). High voltage transmit-ion installation, motor auxiliary control & lighting installation.
4). Insulation resistance testing of generator set alternator and circuit devices such as temperature sensor, pressure gauges, cooling tower control.
5). Preventive maintenance of various electrical facilities of the entire plant / factory.
