My current position as Head Of Design and Project Management has seen me work with some of the world’s most influential luxury, gifting and beauty brands across Middle East. As a creative perfectionist, I strive to ensure a disciplined approach is taken from idea, execution & final delivery. Over the past 11 months I have seen my career progress into a more business strategic role; gaining commercial skills and experience in management and leadership in a variety of different work streams, such as design, production and external vendors.


• Successfully managed up to 20 luxury beauty travel retail projects simultaneously (with AED20k to AED 1.5m budget)
Within the Middle East with
• Budgeting & attending to clients’ needs & requests, monitoring and reporting project progress directly to the clients & COO.
• Reviewing and approving all product specifications, final technical drawings, and final samples
• Coordinating all the parties involved (suppliers, installers & designers)
• Submitting the documentation to the retailers (Malls & Airports/Duty-free zones) in accordance to the given vendor pack/guideline
• Decision maker in regards to the final inspections of the furniture to ensure the highest level of quality.

• Responsible for reorganization & standardization of furniture production, reported directly to CEO
• Created efficient product line system, set procedures for the work of all company departments and organized effectively the work of 97 employees
• Reduced the production time & manual work (from 60% to 40%) by developing a new plant layout & production concept & by introducing new woodworking machines
• Created CAD drawings & product library in order to standardize product line system

• Successfully managed wide range of projects such as fit-outs for luxurious brands (stores, boutiques, flagships), commercial interior design - hospitality (restaurants, bars, hotels), retail, museums, high-end residential
• Managing Projects with €40k to € 2m budget
• Taking a product from concept through the entire design and engineering process. Reviewing and approving all product specifications, final designs, and final samples
• Planning and scheduling project timelines, monitoring of the project work progress, costs & quality control, leading the team (designers, installers) and coordinating all parties involved (clients, sub-contractors, suppliers)
• Overseeing strict quantity surveying prior to commencement of projects & budgeting projects accordingly at each stage

3-month summer positions:

■ Assembling bespoke furniture for commercial and residential fit-outs
■ Working as part of a 25-man team to speed up production
■ Assisting with loading and unloading when necessary
■ Operating specialist wood-cutting and wood-planing machinery
■ Gaining insights into and experience of all aspects of the high-end interior design business
