• Draft court cases, plaint, rejoinder, application for freeze property or double encumbrance and writ application
• Co-oordinate with court officials for various purposes related to bank's cases
• Initial review of various kinds of agreements and contracts as required
• Vetting of Mortgage Deed/ other letter(s) before registration of the same at the Land Revenue Office
• Vetting of post execution of security documents, Security Completion Certificate (SCC)
• Providing legal opinions on related documents required
• Coordination with and visit to various SPOs for audit of legal documents and preparation of audit report thereof
• Prepare agendas for board meetings; prepare quarter report of the legal department every quarter of the year
• Transferred to Internal Audit Department of the Bank and worked as Assistant Internal Auditor in the head office
• Has the knowledge of Financial Audit, Operational Audit, Credit Audit
I am a law student, currently pursuing Masters Degree (L.L.M.) at National Law College in Nepal. I completed my Bachelors Degree during 2019 with first division with the Commercial Law as primary subject. During my bachelors years at Kathmandu School of Law, I have primarily accomplished following list of things: 1. Participated and awarded with 2nd position on Research Article writing competition in ‘Legalizing LGBTI people in Nepal for the protection of their Human Rights’. 2. Motivated to continually improve and extend personal skills and knowledge to attain increased responsibility and opportunities for professional growth with experiences like: 1. 21 days Legal Literacy and Advocacy Service to Community 2. Five Days Symposium on Legal Professionalism in Relation to the Code of Conduct of Lawyers.
