Role responsibilities as site engineer:
• Overall site management including coordination of Sub contractors’ logistics etc.
• Coordinating with Architect consultants and issuing drawings to the Sub contractors,
• Coordinating with MEP team, Checking quality and safety at site.
• Certifying bills to the Sub-contractors, attending progress meetings.
• Manage Request For Inspection (RFI) from Subcontractors.
• Monitor Subcontractors material delivery and adequacy of resources at site
• Review Subcontractors construction schedule, track progress, and flag delays
• Technical review of works and resolution.
• Manage Hand-Over Take-Over process between civil/interior and MEP contractors
• Casting Concrete Cube on site before pouring the concrete & testing in the laboratory.
Role responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
➢ Preparation of Detailed data Estimation and abstract of the Project ➢ Taking out quantities from the Drawings
➢ Recording measurements and preparation of bills for sub-contractors ➢ Comparison of Tender & Actual Quantity
➢ Preparation of Variation order for the difference in quantities ➢ Estimation of Quantities for items of planned work
➢ Preparation of Monthly Running Client bills
➢ Reconciliation of materials and Raising material request
➢ Co coordinating of the drawing with design team and sub cons.
Review Architectural & structure drawings, BOQ, and specifications and check consistency with site conditions and other trades.
• Manage shop drawings review process with Subcontractors and interior designer.
• Coordinate with purchase department, account department for bill certification and
variations.
