• Experience of more than 8 years in ship building and various Hull fabrication related procedures. Expertise in checking and interpretation of Structural Drawings and grab subtleties therein. Outfitting of newly constructed vessels. Commissioning of vessel. Administrative and Managerial experience in coordinating evolution of projects. Conversant with various aspects of planning & execution of projects independently. Ship's Dry docking and repair of vessels. Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance to optimize operational availability of Vessels and to minimize breakdowns.
• Mid life up-gradation/ conversion of Vessels. Manufacture, Maintenance and Repair of wooden structure in side the ship. Fitting out of vessel. Refit and repair of Ships/ Yard crafts/ Tugs. Designing Planning and Execution of Modification of vessel.
• Preparation of structural defect list of Vessels in accordance with various Engineering standards based on hull survey reports.
• Installation of steel foundation of various weapon systems and heavy machinery under stringent tolerance limits.
• Execution of various welding procedures and NDT.
• Adept in various design aspects and scaled model making of Vessels
Ship Repair, Ship building, Steel Structural survey and preparation of defect list, estimate, planning and maintaining of ship's structure, lifting appliances, HVAC etc. Management of 250+ work force and production with stringent quality standards and inspection.
Certified Welding Inspector. Awarded by the vice chief of Indian Navy for out standing contribution in a classified project. Commented by the Director Ship building for achievement in production and Quality Control.
