* Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within
budget, and in accordance with engineering design
* Perform inspection of construction activities to ensure conformance with approved
design planes
* Coordinate and communicate between field, designers and client
* Obtain approval sub-contractor and vendor invoice
* Ensure that construction planes are in agreement with customer expectations and
identify points at which contractual obligations will have been met
* Preparing and administrating project budgets. Approving all expenditures and payroll.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with
government regulations. Preparing all project documentation.
3. KNAUF Middle East - produces construction materials for drywall constructuin, Knauf
plasterboard, miner fiber acoustic board, dry mortar with gypsum for internal plaster and
cement-based external plaster and insulating materials

* Local Market Analysis for competitors & project overview
* Acquisition of projects and strengthen client base
* Import & export coordination for the European and Arabian Market
* Project processing for Saudi Arabi, UAE, Bahrain & Qatar
* Meet and exceed sales quoutes for Saudi-Arabia, Kuwait, UAE & Qatar
* Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine ensuring new projects are being
added to the sales database
* Manage a complex, enterprise solution to generate regular sale with a six to twelve
month cycle
* Move the sale through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company
resources as necessary to ensure success
* Organize the interest & targets of the related partner companies represented through the
