 Reviewing and checking of monthly Interim/progress payment of main contractor.
 Preparing monthly Interim payment certificate recommendation to the client.
 In-charge for reviewing and valuating Variation Order cost proposal by the Contractor.
 Recommends contractor’s valuations.
 Provide update report to clients with cost projection as required.
 Liaise with contractors to advise on requirements of contract.
 Assist the PM in the approval of Final Accounts.
 Liaise closely with other staff on any QS concerns.
 Assists in any contracts administration duties related to QS
 Other related duties that maybe assigned by his superiors.

 Assist in the preparation of tender and submitting bids.
 Evaluate and recalculate the IFC BOQ and update for project final BOQ.
 To assist the Procurement in charge for the quantity to be order in every pay item.
 Responsible for Preparation of monthly progress billing invoice.
 Making evaluations and check progress billing of Sub-contractor / Supplier base on their actual accomplishment / materials delivery.
 Responsible to prepare the details of calculation attachment of the Final quantity in every pay item base on the standard method / format of measurement of the client / consultant.
 Responsible for preparation of comparison for internal material budget approval

 Assist in preparation and adherence to project purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
 Carrying out feasibility studies of the project cost.
 Preparing contract, budgets bills of quantities and other documents.
 Performing risk analysis evaluations for budget price of materials.
 Preparing material weekly progress reports.
 Preparing and submitting final accounts.
 Providing advice and forecasts about costs.
 To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
 Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts.
 Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
 Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
