• Develop the Integrated Marketing Communication plan for the 5 countries including objectives, targets, budget, tools, and determine the main measurement indicators
• Report to senior management Field Marketing dashboards, constantly align targets and KPIs

• Manage design and layout of all advertising materials
• Manage website from content update to design
• Manage all events / exhibitions / conferences / sponsorship participations
• In charge of the continuous follow-up with the advertising, media and PR agencies
