Accomplishments:
• Evaluated subcontractors proposal value in accordance to project's budget and commercial
demand for: Elevators, ID subcontractors, swimming pools, landscape and hard cape.
• Draft of weekly and monthly reports to be presented to the client.
• Coordinated technical meetings between contractor and consultant.
• Coordinated technical meetings between contractor/subcontractors and designer.

Hamad International Airport Qatar: VVIP Emiri Terminal, Passenger terminal, control
tower, substations, control rooms, Hotel, mosque, car parks
• Responsible for managing an array of activities including handling site team of architects, engineers and technicians to install fire sealants in the mechanical and architectural fire protection elements in line with UL systems and engineering judgments Installed in the VVIP Emir Terminal building, Mosque and Main Passengers terminal.
• Attend fire door testing of Hamad International Airport as a consultant and reporting the results to the client and contractor.
• As a site architect designed technical solutions to solve complex construction cases of fire sealant installation in the Emiri terminal, Mosque and Car park.
• Assisted the project manager with coordination tasks such as site inspections and liaising with the national Authorities
• Assumed the role as architect inspector for the projects that were being developed by the company.
• Worked as Assistant Project Development for new business acquisition and new clients.
• Assisted with the design consultancy for third party projects in partnership with other companies.

Managed all activities as Architect inspector for the 2000 m2 construction site in compliance with Colombian codes of hospital and IBC.
•Worked as inspector of the foundations and the finishings of the project in accordance to the clients requirements the Colombian hospital codes and NFPA 101.
• Instrumental in identifying and managing new clients to the Studio, implementing new research projects and ran these with little to no senior supervision.
• Worked extensively as Virtual Site Architect Assistant and completed the construction works in the pavilion including structural painting, architectural finishes and wicker panel installations.
