• Following the attends for our teams.
• Responsible for all monthly work fees and expanses with Orange.
• Receiving the alarm calls form Hotline and directing the team of the work.
• Responsible about all monthly (Electrical & Radio) Preventive Maintenance.
• Responsible about all Electrical alarms in all Orange Sites within our Area.
• Co-ordination between the engineers and technicians to solve all Problems.
• Making a link between our office and head office Manager.
• Making monthly schedule for all teams PM and Data collection teams .
• Following up all new sites and doing acceptance .
• Reporting all reserves in D9 acceptance for new site .
• Checking all reseves for new sites after receiving done emails.
• Reporting daily any repairing work to repair teams.
• Following up repairing emails monlthy.
• Making weekly internal audit on our team.
• Meeting weekly with our teams to follow with them about any pending work.
• Following Antenna isolation daily.
• Check monlthy any shortage spares.
• Follow the urgent requested spare parts to close and pending issues.
• Sending yearly report about teams efficiency.
• Following with Orange Audit Engineers for any critical reserves during their visits..
• Following with Sectra Audit Engineers for any critical reserves during their visits.
• Following up the battery dischange for all type of batterries in Orange sites.
• Following all Air-conditioning problems with all PM & CM duty teams and make all
troubleshooting before requesting any spare parts.
• Following all Rectifier problems with all PM & CM duty teams and make all troubleshooting
before escalating to Oranges responsible Power Team
• Following up with all subcontractor who install or dismantle any battery action and add my
comments to clear it during their visit
• Making Action plans for all Nodal, BSC and VIP sitesto secure any outage
• Responsible for all monthly PM reports
• Responsible for all monthly data collection reports.
• Responsible with Orange engineers for all sudden reserves.
• Responsible to finish target of PM during its cycle
• Responsible to finish target of data collection during our round
• Reporting for all sudden case for Orange in time Reapiring e-mails
• Responsible to report any thieft case for any Oranges sites
• Following with Orange access team to facilitate an intervention from our teams.
• Following with another operating networks Vodafone WE, TE and ETS to access any
sharing site
• Responsible for weekly report for nodal and BSC sites
• Following with Orascom power team to solve any problem in commercial Power droping
phase, bad wiring in main power cable path
• Responsible for weekly power report for nodal and BSC sites
• Ckecking shelter isolation and escalate any critical issue and follwing it with Orange Quailty
team.
• Responsible for any project requested by Orange relocate Surge, change main power panel,
ZTE new system……..etc
