4. Identify and qualify opportunity and decision to proceed with preparing offer and quotation submission
5. Handle project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes
initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of customer projects/programs.
6. Review and check all P.O’s scope of work, terms of payment, deliver terms & penalty if any
7. prepare plan and method statement to follow-up all activities for site works as installation, commissioning
& start-up, troubleshooting and maintenance
8. Attend factory inspection with our client and sign the invoice note ( SIR ) by both parties to proceed
accordingly with packing and delivery to site or as per agreed incoterm
9. Issue all P.R’s and assign skilled technicians to perform the required scope of work
10. Issue commercial invoice and close the order in good manner and follow-up with client to ensure
customer satisfaction
11. Handle all CIS as we serve all customers in Egypt who supplied equipments from Schneider Electric
worldwide which is under warranty.

4.Follow up on daily basis all activities and work performed on site with every site manager such as excavation, backfilling, laying, jointing and all site activities.

6.Take approvals on all our plans and submittals concerning drawings, installations, testing and commissioning, training.
7.Attend all inspections on Telecommunications transmission equipments and telephone cable.
8.Coordinate with relevant departments.
9.Prepare commercial invoice and delivery note as per L/C Conditions.
10.Support our logistic specialist to release materials and submit to our client all shipping documents necessary to avoid any delay.
11.Site visit, Monthly follow-up meetings with the client.

1. Study all tender documents, prepare report with all important data such as due date, bid bond, location, scope, terms of payments & eligibility of bidder to take decision to participate or not.
2. Prepare RFQ to send it to our vendor list and ask them for a complete technical and commercial offers and supporting documents required as per tender documents for all activities and equipments of Substations and O.H.T.L.
3. Technical review and preparing cost sheet
4. Issue Bid bond request with all information and submit it to our financial department.
5. Arranging all equipments delivery
6. Follow up the overall progress and cash flow
7. Co-ordinate with relevant department.
8. Prepare complete offer as per tender document requirements( prequalification, technical & commercial) including reference list, financial capability, power of attorney, time schedule, Supplier list…..
9. Presentation of company in both French and English.
10. Search for new tender in our scope of work or any announcement.
11. Search for subcontractor and local partners
12. Attend all technical meetings with Clients, subcontractor & suppliers
13. Periodically traveling abroad for site visit or to attend a bid opening ( Algeria, Niger, Chad, Zambia & Rwanda )
