(a) Responsible to review and monitor current security management practices in all Relief International office.
(b) Responsible to develop clear guidelines in regards to security and safety.
(c) Attend all INGOs security coordination meetings and other security meetings with all Law Enforcement agencies.
(d) Advise and regularly update the staff on current issues in Pakistan on potential threats and impact on security.
(e) Will be responsible to arrange regular security briefing to staff whenever it is felt necessary.

(f) Provide security advisory to staff on regular basis.
(g) Take lead and ensure developing office security measures.
(h) Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly security reports.
(j) Develop RI Pakistan evacuation and hibernation plans.
(k) Will be responsible to provide security clearance to staff traveling out station after taking complete security information of the area to visit. Also to keep proper track of all travel authorization.
(l) To carry out security assessments in the field areas when required. Develop security SOPs for any new project / field area.
(m) Actively developing relationship with security related formal and informal security stakeholders and obtaining timely information.
(n) To co-ordinate with managers, administration, and logistics to ensure that the appropriate systems of administration, communication and transport are in place to facilitate good security management and with the Management team on the provision of the necessary budget cover.
(o) Provide security orientation for incoming or newly appointed staff.
(p) Responsible to maintain Organization Security Tree.
(q) Responsible to provide Incident Report and analysis
(r) Supervision of security guards and maintains their daily roaster.
(s) Attend all relevant security related meetings organized by Government and NGOs.
(t) Make security policy and recommendations based on all available information.
(u) Ensure security guidelines are up to date and fully implemented.
(v) Regularly report to Security Manager regarding safety and security.
(w) Maintain a suitable image for RI in the area and protect RI's interest and reputation.
(x) Represent RI at high level and routine meetings with the other international organizations and Govt department.
(a) I was supervising and guiding all the tasks related to the General Administration, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, provision of stores and supplies, minor works related to the buildings/accommodations, water supply, electricity, gas, sanitation, lawn maintenance and many other jobs, being performed by the Administrative Staff under my direct control.
(b) I was also performing as the ‘Security Officer’ of the University and was directly controlling all the activities and duties of the Security Staff/ Guards who were deputed on the protection of the Honourable Vice Chancellor and other assets of the University Campuses scattered in the area.
(c) Also controlling all the moves of the University Transport through the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO), as per the policy of the University, provision of the POL, maintaining their record and maintenance of the vehicles, generators and other electrical and electromagnetic equipments.
(a) Establishing and Managing/ maintaining Camp.
(b) Assisting the Camps Coordinator in all matters as “Second In
Command” and Acting as Camps Coordinator in his absence.
(c) Ensuring correct entry of Data at the Registration Point.
(d) Ensuring of all Watsan Activities through Watsan Team as
under:-
i. Construction/Provision of Water and Sanitation
Facilities.
ii. Hygiene Promotion.
iii. Cleanliness of the Camp Area.
(e) Ensuring Time Distribution of Sufficient, Clean and Quality
Cooked Food.
(f) Ensuring Fair and Judicial Distribution of Dry Ration and None
Food Items (NFIs).
(g) Ensuring Provision of Health Facilities to the IDPs through the
Health Team.
(h) Ensuring Provision of Psycho-social Support to the IDPs
through the Psycho-social Support Team.
(j) Coordinating VVIPs/VIPs Visits and Ensuring Arrangements
for the Visits.
(k) Performing the Duties of ‘Security Officer’ and Ensuring Safety
and Security of men, material/equipment, documents and
information in the Camp.
(l) Coordinating all activities of the Camp with the ICRC,
Government Authorities, Pakistan Army and the Donor
Agencies etc.
