Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual accounts and submitting it to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
•Ensuring timely closure of books.
•Performing monthly intercompany reconciliation.
•Preparing assets schedule, addition and disposal of assets with annual physicals verification.
•Preparing monthly prepaid expenses schedule and booking accrued expense.
•Coordinating with M/s. Talal Abu Ghazaleh & Co. auditors and preparing audit schedule.
•Coordinating with suppliers & subcontractors verify & reconcile theirs S.O.A with our ledger and arranging their payments.
•Preparing & checking of invoices for our clients (M/s. DEWA/Danway/KEC/Maetel/ Siemens/ EEE/ABB/GE etc.)
•Collecting payments from clients sending them S.O.A & highlight them overdue invoices and negotiate for timely payment.
•Dealing with insurances companies towards finalization of quotation more than 150 vehicles (including cars, buses, Pickup, trucks, trailers & machineries.)
•Dealing with insurances companies towards staff & labourers health insurance & workmen compensation policy (WC) negotiation & finalizing.
•Dealing with insurances companies towards projects CAR & TPL policy negotiation & finalizing good benefits with better premium.
•Providing support to Finance team in their daily activities (supplier invoices entries/petty cash entries- all sites, workshop & store etc.).
•Collecting staff and labours time sheets (more than 500 employees), preparing salaries using payroll system and transferring staff salary to bank and labourers salary to NOW Money using (WPS).
•Maintaining VAT related entries, quarterly closing of VAT accounts (input & output tax) and submitting the record to Financial Controller for filling VAT return.
•Dealing with bank for any bank related corresponds & issue.
