Working equipment of Plant Filter Press, Reactor, Evaporator, Boiler Generator, Compressor, Screw conveyer, Elevator, Chain conveyer, Centrifugal pumps, Gear Pumps, Mono Block Pumps. Chiller, blower fan, control area temperature monitoring. Management related documentation, Standard operation procedure of equipments, and ISO documentation.
Job Description :
To sort out the troubleshoot related to filter press
To provide the technical support to maintenance staff about the efficient running of plant with out minimum down time in operation.
To calculate air flow to maintain air flow pattern in control area.
Calculate check the cooling tower parameter which are related to efficient performance of CT.
Screw conveyor, chain conveyor, elevator, maintenance problem solution.
Maintenance of different type of gear box utilize in process industry.
Pumps dismantling and sort out the problem related to their operation.
Standard operating procedure of all equipment of plant..
Working as an internal auditory member of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 team and HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points).
Design and Implement Strategies to Calculate & Improve Overall Equipment Efficiency, Operational Efficiency and Production Efficiency and Downtime of Production Shortfall, Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) & Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and reduce wastages of packing materials.
GENERATOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Responsible to monitor & control the generator operational abnormalities,
Making a sop of generator, according to sop making a preventive maintenance checklist.
According to sop generator routine maintenance work perform to better out form generators.
COMPRESSOR OPERATION &MAINTENANCE
Responsible to monitor &control the compressor operational

Make and implement the sop of compressor maintenance physically.

BOILER OPERATION &MAINTENACE
Responsible to monitor the &control the boiler operational abnormalities.
