Senior Design Engineer
• Provided technical documentation support using Solid works and AutoCad
• Involved in daily engineering works based within the engineering and manufacturing departments
• Designing and Modification of cleaning and inspection tools According to operation condition and client requirements
• Provided support to subordinator in design department
• Raw material selection the products and support the relevant departments for procurement of material.
Design Engineer
• To provide the detailed engineering drawings, bill of material, simulation and validation procedure for manufacturing and assembly department.
• Supervision of fabrication process and technical support for the going-on projects.
Completed Projects (List Not Exhaustive) for LIN SCAN
• Energetic-based design and onsite supervision of Cyclone type dust separator for Gas pipeline
• Designed a Flux Leakage tool for 48" diameter pipeline.
• Design of Smart clamping device for 30" Gas pipeline. To support the underwater line from leakage.
• Design of ILI and cleaning tools for Duel diameter pipeline (36"-42")
• Designed a Fish Robot Ultrasonic Tool for 42"non-flow pipeline
• Designed a smart bi-directional Ultrasonic (UT) tool for 4" diameter high wall thickness line and for Short radius bends
All projects were successfully completed with the Following procedure
1. Engineering concept and design concept for all mechanical parts
2. Developed mechanical structure and study the behaviour of tool inside the line
3. Develop mathematical models to describe the kinematics and rigid body dynamics kinematics
4. Supervision and provide a technical support during manufacturing and assembly
5. Material procurement for assembly and production.
