 Maintain ISO 9001(Q.M.S.), ISO 14001(E.M.S.) and ISO 18001 (OHSAS) records
like Preventive check list Forms, Breakdown analysis, Machine History cards, sound level monitoring, environment, and occupational health & safety related documents (risk assessment and environmental review).
 Maintains and monitors the operational efficiency of all equipments to ensure optimum performance and carries out remedial work.
Monitoring and raise the PR of critical maintenance spare parts and keeps in stock.
Prepare monthly and yearly break analysis report and take corrective action.
Role of emergency coordinator to handle emergency situation and make incident report in case of fire, hazards and accident.
Coordinate with electrical maintenance & production for joint action for rectifying/reducing machine problems.
Monitor and improve performance levels of subordinate.
