RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical IT Support Technician have terrific troubleshooting and good interpersonal skills to assist clients with computer issues and providing technical support for various computer, systems, ofice equipment. Possesses a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software applications. 1. Co-ordinating with procurement and vendors for the IT purchase. 2. Managing Users Data back and restore using software's like Acronis and veritas system recovery. 3. Use Active Directory for managing users (Create, Unlock & Delete Users, and Reset Passwords), groups, and computers. 4. Assigning email licenses to users on Ofice 365 Portal as per user requirements again approvals 5. Creating online email archives, delegating the email access to users for shared mailbox, resource mailbox and users mail boxes. 6. Enforcing the users to follow strong MFA to be followed at users end as per IT Policies. 7. Creating Sites and allocating users as Group Members, Visitors, External sharing in Microsoft SharePoint Portal. 8. Performing data recovery when necessary, including removing viruses from infected systems 9. Managing Time atendance machine using Lana Time Atendance portal. 10. Providing technical support to users via phone or email, including troubleshooting problems with hardware or software 11. Recommending ways to improve security and eficiency of computer systems. 12. Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software used in the company's computer systems.
13. Service Desk Manage Engine for ITSM and Endpoint Central for patch management troubleshooting. 14. Coordinating with other IT staf members to ensure that projects are completed on time. 15. Conducting network maintenance, including monitoring bandwidth utilization, seting up new servers, and configuring 5G Routers. 16. Installing and maintaining computer networks, including imaging systems.
