• Assist and train internal cross departments in getting policies and certifications done for the following:

• Ensuring that the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies.
• Resolving difficult legal compliance issues relating to data privacy and staffing.
• Identifying and working on potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk such as:
• WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Compliance)
• Drug Test Compliance (Federal Aviation Administration)
• Data Mapping
• ITMS Policies
• GDPR Privacy Policy for internal purposes
• ACS Group GDPR Commitment Statement for ACS Website
• ACS Group Privacy Notice for ACS Website
• ACS Group Professional Ethics and Code of Conduct
• Drafted Privacy and Cookies policies \[keeping in mind the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 ("UK Regulations”).
• Drafted and reviewed various causes in staffing agreements from both the sides viz employer as well as client.
• Reviewing federal, state and international laws applicable to our business relative to data privacy and security and the legal obligations as to data breach, consequences for non- compliance and penalties for violation. Engaged in data privacy and employment laws of the USA, Australia and Taiwan.
