Senior Crewing Officer - Responsible to administer all the chartered and owned offshore vessels, crew managing matters including recruitment and selections of officers for 3xJack up RIG’s.
Significant Highlights;
Responsible for: Liaising with globally located crewing Agents to identify, recruit, and select
Qualified officers and crew for the fleet of Jack up Rigs registered at Panama Flag of convenience.
 Preparing weekly crew change plan in co-ordination with the Tool Pushers’ based on their rotation cycle (28 days sign on/sign off).
 Coordination of crew plan with the travel section for timely visas and ticket arrangements in the most optimized manner.
 Corresponding and updating the RIG, regarding crew related matters such as - crew change plan / delay of schedule/ salary related stuff / expense claim purposes / documentation details / crew appraisals.
 Communication and coordination with crew members who are on leave for their re-joining schedule / documentation notification / salary transfer / salary certificate letter.
 Sourcing of and co-ordination with new candidates regarding their joining status / documentation.
 Maintaining and updating files for existing fleet and newly hired candidates.
 Preparing and maintaining records of contract for new resources & revisions of their contracts for the existing fleet.

Communication with Crewing Agents from offices located in various countries to recruit competent officers & crew of various Nationalities to company managed D.P vessels (Type of vessels : DP3, DP2, AHTS, Tow Straight Supply) registered at different flags of convenience.
Familiar with the rules and regulations of various Embassies & Ports around the world, for Visa purposes, Immigration & other Logistics purposes.
Responsible for verifying all selected officers/crew authenticity of their certificate of competency (COC) and other Trade Certificates, from the Shipping Directorate of their country of residence.
Responsible for processing and arranging visas, air tickets, meet & greet at airport and Hotel stay for joiners and off signers.
Arranging crew sign on / sign off procedures as per their contract and rotation cycles.
