In last seven years completed many prestigious projects like Riyadh Front, Dammam Mall, Well core Building in Dhahran, Jubail Girls University, PP-14 Power generation facility Riyadh, Jawahrat Mall Jeddah and various big and small structural and architectural projects by Designing and drafting and co-ordinating the whole building and issuing its precast elements parts by parts for production facility with accuracy and speed. And provide solution for the problems arise in day to day erection of precast due to any reason like site condition change or client change his mind in course of manufacturing the precast items.
In Saudi Oger Ltd, I supervised the installation of tilting tables, fabrication of new moulds for precast production, repairing and maintaining the Casting Tables and mould shuttering due to continuous usage, Provide solutions for demoulding the critical shapes which were continuously showing cracks or damage due to uneven lifting or mishandling during the demoulding and generating losses of repairs due to initial compressive strength.
1. Drawing Coordinator: I started work as Civil and HVAC draftsman, for Hollowcore, Precast and GRC Projects. My job was to prepare different type of drawings design drawings, shop drawings execution drawings, isometric views, perspective views, checking their accuracy, coordinate with tender drawings and other services like mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/ firefighting, utilites, precisely prepare final approved drawings for architectural final products supply. As built preparation after execution of the projects.
2.Drawing Detailing Team Leader: Then I was promoted to Design Office Team Leader and started to check the drawings for other draftsmen. Proposing the General Ideas for new Projects.
2. Quantity surveyor: Calculate the Precast, Hollowcore, GRC quantities from the drawings, price analysis, overheads, direct and indirect expenses, transport and other additional surcharges, discounts, and prepare the final quotations.
3. Production Supervisor: Supervise day to day production, Checking moulds, steel reinforcements, concrete mix and materials, assign jobs, prepare prodution report, labour attendence and manhour report, material reports, Production Schedule, apply methods to reduce the waste of material and delay in production, Monitor and supervise the production process, Provide and arrange different expected material quantities, supply material to site and coordinate with site requirements send deliveries to site.
4. Project Coordinator: Coordination with clients, attending meetings, discussing with the client about their requirements, Supplying ideas, taking feedback, Finalize all the requirements about the project. Preparation of Drawings, Getting approvals from Consultants, Preparation of final production drawings, Control the production sequence as per the priorities, speed up with proposed schedule, provide all technical information about production and erection.coordination between site and production facility, and supply the product as the client satisfaction.
