Responsibilities: • Understanding the requirements from the sales and marketing team, or directly involving in requirement gathering process with the customer
• Preparing the Project Documents like Document of Understanding (DoU) or Requirement Specification Document (RSD)

PROJECT #1: APPLICATION (Portal) FOR COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
The client is one of the biggest bank in Saudi Arabia who wants to automate their manual process in the compliance department.
This is a SharePoint 2013 business portal which includes various workflow based applications which will enable the central administrator to publish and track compliance. This solution also enable the end user's to register, subscribe for articles from various departments.

I connect is an Intranet portal developed using SharePoint 2010. I connect consist of various features which facilitates the company employees to connect, collaborate and it also provide as a workspace that is integrated to access all the back office applications. The portal consists of various workflows to handle sequential business operations.

PROJECT#3: Email Marketing System
This application enable the administrator to send the bulk newsletter to the subscribers, there is a workflow involved to send the acknowledgement mail in each state. There are number of modules involved in this application such as Newsletter, Mailing List, Subscribers, Publishing systems etc.
The main functionality of this application is read the rixml file from FTP server and send those data's in format of .pdf to the customers
