* Two (2) manuscripts on Leadership published and marketed by Notion Press. The names of the two published works are: (1) Rise to Fame and; (2) Leadership of Shame. Essentially, leaders fall into two separate categories: (1) Supporting and; (2) Toxic.
* My third manuscript, Negotiating with the Enemy, is work-in-progress. Kindly take time to peruse my works as a first-time Author of collective research.
* Embarked on a training journey to Pune, India to study the fundamentals of Global Security and the functioning of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) as a function of Global Security Management (GSM) in current business scenarios.
* Chosen as Leader of a startup consulting firm by Board of Directors to establish the company and create it's footprint in the market by winning contracts or through partnerships with established organizations.
* Designed the company, setup financial requirements and registered it with the authorities setting a timeline for the start of Business Operations and the achievement of breakeven with the Chief Finance Office and Director of this startup.
* Achieved breakeven early by setting up lean operations initially and selecting contracts easily achievable by the company. Our startup was lauded by stakeholders as the Best Lean Machine which delivers the Best Results Overall.
* The shareholders chose to sell the business at the peak of its performance to enjoy maximum returns on their investments.
* Achieved success in Africa as the consulting General Manager for Business Technology Integration in a Regional Security organization delivering the project ahead of schedule after three (3) months.
* Achieved success in the Middle East designing integrated solutions for remote operations and monitoring delivering the projects on-time, as per the contractual agreements.
* Achieved success in India conducting audits of Business Operations and designing improvements for integration into existing infrastructures.
* Worked in a startup by the DLF Ltd as Strategic Planning Leader delivering designs for Business Security in malls, clubs and other business operations within the DLF portfolio in the National Capital Region.

Spearheaded numerous projects throughout this period, to include the Digitization Project for the United Nations Command (UNC) of the documents concerning The Korean Armistice and the logistics involved in evacuating the aged documents for preservation to the National Achieves Repository Agency (NARA).
Served as Declassification Officer deputed to the Joint Intelligence Directorate in the Office of the Commander-In-Chief of the Pacific Command on Camp Smith in Hawaii to declassify documents in accordance with the relevant Presidential Executive Orders dating back to the American forces in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. Declassified over 137, 000 documents in 90 days.
Hand-picked to design and execute a Command Picnic for the enjoyment and camaraderie building of 8000 teammates. Conceptualized, designed, coordinated and executed a flawless Luau (Picnic) with the spouses of the Command that fed over 15000 teammates including those on the Division staff and other lateral commands.
This is a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business and Conflict Resolution. The syllabus is a two-year study of the different processes that are cultivated into a successful business. There are moot courts and case studies; development of a supply chain using model systems discussed in case studies; building progressive talent teams with charters designed to assure achievement of assigned and implied objectives, and to understand methods used in resolving conflicts; how to construct an operations team to ensure consistency in the movement of the linked wheels, etc.
