• Floating of RFQs for the mechanical, electrical, civil items/ packages, site facilities purchase/ rental, heavy eqpt. rental, labour supply, power tools for projects and plant CAPEX, OPEX etc.
• Opening of techno-commercial unpriced Bids & Priced Bids.
• Preparing comparative statements for both commercial terms & prices.
• Preparing Commercial Queries, Resolving Deviations & negotiating through MOMs with different vendors for commercial T&C & prices.
• Preparing Price Evaluation Statements, Recommendation, Purchase Order/ Service Order, Letter of Intent, Subcontract Agreement etc.
• Preparing the database of all delivery notes & invoices, forwarding the database to finance department for payments, thus performing & monitoring the activities from P2P cycle.

• Floating of RFQs for the items viz. Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Conductor, LT and HT Switchgears, Cable and Conductor, Battery and Battery Charger, Steel Structure.
• Preparing comparative statements for both commercial terms & prices.
• Resolving Commercial Queries & negotiating with different clients for prices.
• Preparing Letter of Intent/ Purchase Order/ ARC-Material/ ARC-Services.
• Floating of NITs/RFQs, addendums, corrigendum as per guide lines of HPCL and Purchase norms, on receipt of material indent, vendor list and technical scopes from Project Manager.
• Opening of techno-commercial unpriced Bids & preparing comparative statements of Commercial terms.
• Preparing Commercial Queries & Resolving Deviations through MOMs with different clients.
• Preparing Price Evaluation Statements, Recommendation, Purchase Order etc.
