Negotiation Freight with shipping line, Signing contracts follow-up for timely delivery
Coordinate with the vendors globally L/C and for sourcing of parts as per schedule as per budgeted cost. Import, Export Documentation, DDU/ DDP basis, L/c, Milk run
Periodic visit to vendors for audit, new developments products like Aluminum & CI casting

• RFQ, quotations, and order generation, Coordination with PPC and New product development, Inspection, Production dept.
• Coordinated with various customers Cummins, Caterpillar, JD, Mahindra, Lister Peter, Deutz, Perkins AGCO, TAFE
• Import Machinery, Foundry plant, VMC, HMC, and raw material under EPCG, DEPB schemes.
