Design Optimization of Bearing cover for Fuel Injection pump: Prepared 3D models in CATIA V5 for structural simulation & manufacturing drawings. Conducted In-depth design analysis for bearing cover, optimized the component based on the Structural analysis done in Abaqus software &Fatigue simulation using FEMFAT software for structural optimization. Performed bolted joints design calculations & also design risk evaluation to find impact of new design on the entire product.
