Roles and Responsibilities:
• Planned and organized and executed a new pnm workshop with a full-fledged operation in an area of 2100sqm to initiate the in-house services, Repairs and maintenance of company owned Plant and machineries and vehicles.
• Guiding and supporting a team of technicians and staf at PMV Dept.
• Took an initiative and established the PNM Dept from cost center to profit center.
• Reviews job cards and monthly invoices for vehicles and machineries supplies to projects.
• Allocating and monitoring in- house and out sources equipments and ensure that equipments are utilizing in an efective Manner.
• Working in close coordination with purchase department to procure vehicles, equipment, and other assets as per the application and requirement for site operations.
• Conducting meetings with OEM vendors to get better services and develop relationships, warranty claim and to get the credit facilities for spares and other services.
• Formulated the plans for annual maintenance schedule for all Plant Machinery and vehicles (PMV).
• Implemented cost control measures in an operation and maintenance of PMV.
• Maintaining optimum level of spares inventory in the stores to control breakdown time and increase the utilization of PMV.
• Trained and guided the Workshop Team & Fleet Operations to achieve the maintenance objectives and targets of the company.
• Organized: Safe driving and defensive driving classes for drivers and operators to reduce accidents and breakdown.
• Conducted Training programs for workshop Technicians with the support of OEM to improve the product knowledge and repair techniques.
• Executed with the compliance of HSE & QMS. Achievements: Received an appreciation certificate from Various dealers and OEM with regards to preventive and breakdown Maintenance and improved the life of equipment.
