• Provides technical support & monitoring for all the computers, firewall, Xerox Machines.
• Provides training on daily application to user levels in Microsoft Office.
• Setup PC, Create email id for the new joining employee in company.
• Back up the users PC's.
• Working on Firewall - Cyberoam CR100ia
• Experience with HP Prolaint G8 Server, IBM Windows server 2012 R2 Standard.
• Windows Installation and Formatting PC.
• Configuration of Wireless Router & Devices.
• Experience with Cisco routers.
• Work independently when Required.
