• Surgical Navigation systems configuration and testing
• Perform Preventative Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs

• Medical Equipment and application Trials, In-Service and Training
• Implement Medical Equipment Standard Operating Procedures
• Service Contracts Management and negotiations.
• Manage Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) implementation.
• Install base, Data Management and Analysis
• Operation Management including the Management of inventory and Demo/Service pools.
