Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead the implementation of the project to ensure that its
goals and objectives are met within the prescribed time frame and funding
parameters.
Liaise with the related authorities such as DEWA, DCD, SIRA, Etisalat…etc.,
supervising and implementing their requirements to obtain required approvals and
certificates.
Manage and direct the flow of work for engineers, supervisors, sub-contractors and
workforce to ensure completion of tasks in best quality within the time frame
allocated.
Review consultants design for compliance with specification, buildability and
commission ability. Attend workshops to develop the Consultant design to a
developed design with working shop drawings
EXECUTED PROJECTS
Material takeoff, ordering and supplier follow-up.
Reviewing and preparing shop drawings according to project specifications and
electrical codes
Preparing planning look-ahead schedules in addition to daily, weekly and monthly
progress reports.
Downstream energizing from MV line through switchgears to transformers, etc.
Consultant follow up and handing over through inspection requests IRs.
Coordination between design updates and site condition through the Project Web
Site PWS
Clearing out any design inquiries through designer RFI's &/or designer site visits.
EXECUTED PROJECTS
Technical in-charge of the plant, handling operation programs, batch production and
maintenance programs for Al-Tawseel Al-Arabia group in collaboration with
Chongqing Zhongneng Oil Purifier Manufacturing Company.
EXECUTED PROJECTS:
Successfully installed, commissioned and started the plant working full capacity 2, 000
Oil barrels/ Day located in Hafr al Baten, KSA, following a 3-month training program
at the plant headquarters in CQ, China.
